1. Who we are

Within is a product of Ralex Lab. Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 42086186, VAT NL005485076B17. You can reach us at hello@ralexlab.com; we reply within two working days.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed in this shop. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in them limits the rights that the law of your country of residence gives you.

3. The product

Within is a printed paper journal for personal observation of your cycle. It is not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and it is not a method of contraception. Photos show the product as accurately as we can; small differences in colour from your screen are possible.

4. Ordering and the contract

• You can review and correct your order (items, address, delivery option) on the checkout page before you pay.
• Placing the order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm it by email after your payment succeeds.
• The order confirmation, your invoice and the version of these terms you agreed to are kept with your order; you can view them through the link in the confirmation email. The contract language is English.
• We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious price errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund straight away.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay; shipping is free above €0. Payment is due when you order and is handled by Mollie B.V.; we never see or store your card or bank details. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and only one code applies per order.

6. Pre-orders

When the tracker is sold out we may offer it as a pre-order. A pre-order is paid when you order. The product page, checkout and confirmation email state when we expect to ship it. Pre-orders are filled in the order in which they were paid.

If we cannot ship by the date we stated, we'll tell you by email and you can cancel for a full refund. If no date was stated, we ship within 30 days of your order; if we don't, you may cancel for a full refund. You can also withdraw from a pre-order at any time before it ships (see section 8).

7. Delivery

We ship from the Netherlands to the countries listed at checkout, usually within 1–2 working days (pre-orders: see section 6). Delivery estimates are indicative. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to someone you named. If a parcel is lost on the way, we send a replacement or refund you.

8. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you (or someone you named) receive the order.

To withdraw, tell us within that period, in any of these ways:

• use the withdrawal function (also linked as "Withdraw from contract" on your order page): you receive an acknowledgement by email straight away;
• email hello@ralexlab.com;
• or send the model withdrawal form on the Shipping & returns page.

Send the tracker back within 14 days after telling us. Return shipping is at your cost. We refund everything you paid, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using your original payment method. We may wait with the refund until the tracker is back or you've shown that you sent it.

Handle the tracker only as you would in a shop. If it was written in or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.

9. Guarantee and complaints

You have the statutory guarantee for consumer goods: the tracker must be as described and fit for normal use. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, write to us with a photo within two months of noticing; we send a replacement or refund at no cost. We answer complaints within 14 days.

10. Customer accounts

An account is optional. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens with your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused. You can delete your account at any time in its settings; orders and invoices are kept as the law requires.

11. Reviews

Only customers who bought the tracker can review it, through a personal link sent after delivery (if you asked for one at checkout). We check reviews before publishing them and publish every genuine review that follows these rules, positive or negative. We remove reviews with personal data of others, offensive content or advertising.

12. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order, except for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Intellectual property

The design, illustrations and texts of Within belong to Ralex Lab. You may of course use your tracker as you like; copying or selling the design is not allowed.

14. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice.

15. Disputes and applicable law

Please tell us first if something isn't right; we'll do our best to solve it. Dutch law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and may bring a dispute before the court of your place of residence.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version you agreed to when ordering applies to your order; every version stays available on this page.
